About UsQUAIL is a non-profit association created in 1993 to care for developmentally challenged adults. Our goal is to provide a home for life, or for as long as our residents wish to remain at QUAIL House and their health permits we can offer adequate care. The services we provide include food and lodging, personal assistance, psycho-social adaptation and community integration. We strive to protect and enhance our residents' welfare, defend and promote their rights, and encourage greater social integration, using all available resources in the community.
Since 1994 QUAIL has worked with Pavillon du Parc to place at QUAIL House English-speaking adults from the Outaouais region with developmental disabilities. The property is owned by the Fondation Immobiliere de l'Outaouais,
and QUAIL has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the
Fondation regarding its rental, use and maintenance. The QUAIL BoardThe QUAIL Board is made up of interested community members and representation from the families of our residents.
