QUAIL  Quebec Association for Independent Living, 

QUAIL's aim is to provide a comfortable and permanent home in the Lower Gatineau Valley for Anglophone or Bilingual persons who are developmentally challenged, to assist them in developing their personal life skills, and to help them integrate into the community as fully as possible. QUAIL a comme objectif de fournir un foyer permanent pour des personnes adultes ayant une déficience intellectuelle, anglophones ou bilingues, résidant dans la vallée de la Basse Gatineau. QUAIL vise également le développement personnel de ces personnes et leur insertion la plus complète possible dans la communauté.
